Step 2 — Deposit HIVE

Send HIVE from yer linked account ta @taxed. No memo required, no fuss. The deposit watcher'll credit yer in-game HIVE balance in 'bout five seconds after the chain confirms.

Step 3 — Mint a Personnel File

Mosey over ta /mint and pay 50 HIVE from yer in-game balance. The roll comes out 90% Worker / 10% Agent, same fer every feller. Agent grade (G5 through G8) gits drawn from the seeded grade-weight distribution.

Step 4 — Put 'Em ta Work in the Office

Assign yer Worker ta an Office slot. Stakin' starts the WAGE a'accruin' right quick at the hourly pool tick. One Worker per slot, cousin; recall only works when there's zero accrued WAGE.

Step 5 — Cash Out or Skedaddle

Once yer Worker has piled up the minimum, y'all kin CASH OUT (keep 80%, the revenooers take 20%) or SKEDADDLE (coin flip — keep 100% or lose every last drop ta the Agent tax pool).
