Gen 1 supply cap: 20000. Paid in WAGE at quartile-tiered prices (see below). Class roll: 90% Worker, 10% Agent. Gen 1 agents roll grades G1-G8 — see distribution below.

Gen 0 Quality Edge — Best-of-N Hidden Stats

Gen 0 NFTs roll hidden stats 2 times and keep the highest-scoring candidate (scored on yield floor + yield ceiling + burnout tolerance). Gen 1 uses a single roll. Expected hidden-stat premium for Gen 0 over Gen 1: ~8-10%.

Forfeiture

Every Gen 1 mint has a 10% chance of being confiscated by a random HQ-staked Agent. The NFT goes to the Agent's owner instead of the minter. The minter's WAGE is not refunded.


Forfeiture Edge Case

If no Agents are staked at HQ when a forfeiture fires, the mint NFT goes to the minter as normal. The WAGE cost is not refunded and no burn occurs in the forfeiture lane.


Art Generation

NFT art is generated asynchronously by the overlay pipeline. A placeholder image is shown at mint and the final 1024-pixel portrait typically resolves within thirty seconds.
